Any Cancellations can be made within 30days from date of order with a full refund if applicable.
Your right of Refund
We have a 30day return and refund policy. Should you wish to return our products, please send a letter / email stating clearly the reason for refund and once we have received this order will be refunded, If your goods are defected or you have any other complaint you must notify us in writing via email or by phone as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the defect or complaint. we can offer the option of a replacement or at our discretion a refund may be offered. U Certify Ltd will endeavour to rectify any issues arising to the best of our ability. However any errors on the part of us will be rectified at our own cost, although the item in question if requested must be returned to us with written notificationof defect.
Refunds of defective goods are always refunded in full regardless of payment method. Additionally, Payments made via Stripe Payemnts will incur an administration charge of 3.4 percent plus £0.20 GBP in accordance set within Stripe Payments own terms and conditions.(subject to change)
